on the educational,
and medical service delivery models.

Our Vision
Transition2Peds will serve as
an educational resource to guide
new, and transitioning pediatric Occupational Therapy practitioners
in navigating the educational, and medical service delivery models in assessment, care plan, and reimbursement specific to these models.
